On an average weekday, I spend about 10 hours on my computer. I am glad that I have deaddicted myself off Twitter and Facebook, making me check my mobile for not over half hour a day.
It is good to give my eyes a break from the screen. This week I tried indulging with a recycled Amazon carton cardboard and some old watercolors.
I have never painted a portrait in my life. Made an attempt using a photo of dotter. Gave me a lot of joy and a few hours off the screen!
